Historic Southern Hospitality Home close to the Augusta National Golf Course
Our 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath gracious southern home is perfect for entertaining. It has a large dining room that seats 12 as well as additional tables that can be set up to accommodate up to 40 guests. The kitchen has two full cooktop with ovens, two sinks, a full size refrigerator freezer. The historic pine wood paneled den has a 65in 4K TV. A large covered porch can also be used for serving/bar or rocking chairs allow relaxing and enjoying the sunset view over Augusta. Expansive property with picturesque southern pecan trees, room for parking 30 cars, or even an event tent. This property would make an excellent hospitality house or tournament rental.
