Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

We DO NOT allow any mail to the house, as the key for the mailbox is not available.

Please be aware that this home has hosted a cat before. While we strive to keep the premises clean and comfortable for all guests, please consider this information if you have any allergies or sensitivities related to feline companions.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 16.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.

Please note that propane for the patio heater is not provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio heater during their stay by supplying their own propane.

For your safety and comfort, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity. It doesn’t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. The device respects your personal space, focusing solely on maintaining a peaceful environment. Your privacy is paramount to us!

Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID. Further instructions will be provided through the VRBO message thread.
