Welcome to Villa Del Mar at Ocean Villas!

In the heart of St. Augustine Beach, this complex is in the best possible location to enjoy all that this amazing neighborhood has to offer.

The condo has 2 spacious decks with views of the ocean, palm trees and zero-entry pool! You will love seeing and hearing the waves from the comfort of your own decks.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa, this condo comfortably sleeps 6.

At Villa Del Mar, you will love this "home by the sea" featuring views of the lush grounds and ocean peeking through the palm trees. The beach and ocean are just a quick 2 minute walk away. The condo is on the second floor of the building, so your decks are on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The elevation provides beautiful views over the dunes.

You'll have access to 2 pools: the recently completed Beach pool is a zero entry pool, perfect for kids and adults alike, at the foot of the boardwalk to the beach. The Lagoon pool is also nearby, and is heated during the colder months.

The beach access has a secure, gated entry. We provide beach chairs, toys, towels and a wagon to tote your beach gear!

Inside the condo you'll delight in coastal decor and comfort. The condo comfortably sleeps 6:

- Primary bedroom (king size bed) sleeps 2, enjoy ocean views from the bed!
- The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and a daybed (twin size bed) that is perfect for one person or child.
- The living room couch converts to a queen size sleeper.

There are 2 bathrooms:

- The main level bathroom has a step over shower (no tub).
- The primary bathroom upstairs is a jack-and-jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. It was completely renovated in May'23.

The kitchen has all the cookware and appliances you could need including a crockpot, blender, rice maker, griddle and even a waffle maker!

There is a TV in both bedrooms, and the main living area. They all have Xfinity cable, and are smart Roku TV's (just bring your Netflix log-in!). We provide books, board games and toys for kids. We have a pack and play as well, if you are traveling with little ones!

Being in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, you will love this location! There are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, mini golf, surf shops and so much more nearby (some within walking distance). The historic district is just a quick 10 minute drive away.

Other things to note: must be comfortable with stairs; the condo is on the second floor and is 2 stories. Parking passes are required for the complex, we can provide up to 2 for our unit.

Beautiful, very clean, a favorite!

Immaculate property with everything you need during your stay. Comfortable beds, toys for kids, beach equipment and even prettier than the pictures. The owner is very communicable & sweet. We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Del Mar very much. It is just as the pictures show, if not even more beautiful in person. The condo was well stocked. It has most kitchen items you will need, and also had bathrooms stocked with toiletries, as well as beach accessories that we used each day. Our condo was very close to the pool, and gave a beautiful partial view of the pool, dunes and ocean. Check in and out was very easy and Emily was quick to respond to any questions or request we had. Emily was such a pleasure to rent from, my family is planning to return next summer for a longer stay. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful Family Stay for July 4th week

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, wonderfully decorated condo. The unit was very clean and had a ton of supplies that made our trip feel like home. The complex was family friendly and no loud, crazy parties at night. The beach was just a short walk past one building and pool. When coming back, we would not hesitate staying here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family has been going to St Augustiene Beach for the last 5 years for our Beach vacation. We usually stayed at another unit but last minute got canceled due to weather. Emily, the owner of this unit, went Above and Beyond to accommodate our family and i couldnt ask for a better host or place! This unit offers literally EVERYTHING you need! We brought our wagon, beach chairs, tent, skim boards, ect. Just incase but when arrived saw we didnt need to bring ANY of ours because its all offered here! Our 19 year old son slept on the pull out bed in livingroom and said was very surprised on how comfortable it actually was! Overall the Best unit we have stayed at in Ocean Villas and 100% would recommend to any family who would like to just pack there clothes and head to the beach! We will be staying here again 😁
