Great place for weekend getaway. Downtown Rome Ga is a great place to visit with wonderful restaurants and various bars. Riverfront offers a great walk.
The location was amazing for our trip. The space is well appointed with comfortable furniture, nice bedding, and all the items you need in bathroom and kitchen. Check in and out was really easy. Would definitely stay here again!
This is the best location ever. Steps away from Broad St but so quiet. So glad someone is maintaining and sharing this small slice of old neighborhood in downtown Rome. Love sitting out on the shady deck next to the River. It has all the best things Rome has to offer.
We were in town for a wedding and the property was very close to downtown and shopping. Try Schroeders for lunch. The property was just fine. I’m a big guy so the shower was a little cramped but that did not detract from our stay. Beds were comfortable. We’d come back for sure.
The description was accurate. The apartment was clean and well stocked with paper goods. We had some major problems with communication to the host and had to go direct to VRBO to get a response to a request to change the dates.
We were in Rome for a training camp for our son. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect size for a family of three. Quite but close to downtown.
This was a great location, right on the river walk and 2 blocks down from Broad Street. We were easily able to walk to all of the places we planned to visit. It was also very clean and had all of the basic amenities we needed.
House was great and hosts were very responsive! The only downside for us was the converted tub/shower, as we are both over 6 feet and had to bend down to get our heads under the shower head. The beds are comfortable and the linens were soft. Very convenient to downtown!
Everything was lovely! Great location in town. It’s the upstairs unit above a property management office. The bathtub is a little iffy getting in and out of. High step and the shower head is low but we knew this going into it. It’s a tight space so had to make do I'm sure! The stairs outside could use a light for returning in the evening. Very much enjoyed and would return!
My husband and I traveled to Rome for a running event. This house was perfect! It is well stocked, spotless, quiet, and located near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
It has a kitchen and nice sitting room with a TV with two separate bedroom with closets. I will visit again in the future.

Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit. We were in Rome for a tennis tournament at Berry College. It was easy to get to the tournament and very walkable to town and restaurants. The river walk is right there too.
Great location, quiet neighborhood, very clean. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, the river walk is right across the street. Easy to get to Berry College for the Mountain Day festivities. Only complaint is the lighting on the steps - nonexistent at night, so had to use flashlights, which was difficult with suitcases. Stairs are steep, so a light under the deck would be useful.
All kitchen appliances new and in excellent condition. Comfy bedrooms. Reached out to host for plumbing issue. Host responded immediately and had maintenance repair the issue. Great work.
This was a perfect spot to park myself while my daughter attended lacrosse camp at Berry College. I only needed my car twice - to drop her off at camp and a quick trip to Publix. This place is a stone's throw from Broad St and you can see the public library out the back. Took advantage of the shopping, dining, and walking trail along the river. Very friendly town. My daughter hopes to attend Berry in the future so this might be our go-to-place when we visit her.
Great location. Downtown Broad St is a street over, the river is steps away. Very quiet and nestled in between what looks like nice bungalows and million dollar homes. Icing room was super comfy to chill in. The sofa comfortable enough to sleep on but still slept in the bed. The kitchen was great for light meals. The antique clawfoot tub was a nice touch, the shower head is adjustable for tall people. The brooms were on opposite site of each other which is nice for more privacy. I will be rebooking for my next tennis tournament.
Was supposed to just be me, but dad tagged along to go visit his college roommate who was in hospital in ATL. Worked out great for everyone. My only “complaint” was the 1st bedroom (where I slept) the post on the back of the bed creeks quite a bit when you move at all. Otherwise A+
