Wake up to beautiful SUNRISES while sitting back relaxing and taking in the wonderful views from private back deck. The new clubhouse is located next door to our condo and has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness room. Skiing in the winter, hiking, tennis/pickle ball, mountain biking all right outside your condo Ski In/Ski Out with access to Sugar Slalom or Oma's Meadow yards from Building 1 at Sugar Ski & Country Club. Close to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, etc.
