Fully furnished condo in the Forest Grove Crossing community. Located 1.5 miles from Bettplex Sports Complex, Middle Road / I-80 Exit, shopping, restaurants and only 7.2 Miles to try your luck at Isle Casino. Roomy 2 bedroom ( King & Queen beds) with 2 full bathrooms, and heated 2 car attached garage. Private balcony just off of the living room. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Warm up and relax next to the gas fireplace place in the living room.

Sit in bar stools at the quartz countertops for breakfast and coffee.



Both bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. A roomy master suite and attached bathroom also has a spacious walk-in closet.



For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.



Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and may come and go as they please. While there are quiet hours, there is no curfew. We use an electronic smart lock for safe and convenient contactless entry, great for checking in and out! The 2 car attached and heated garage is available for guests to use during their stay. To note, our 2 bedroom units are on the 1st level, but there may be a step up to get into property.

Please respect our property as we are not geared toward parties or large groups. We have a high standard and intend to give our guests the best possible living space during their stay! We expect a high rating and will reciprocate accordingly. We pride ourselves on the quality of our units and as such ALL of our units are non-smoking, including in the garages. This was a very nice clean property. Very comfortable to stay in. Tracy was an excellent host, she handled one small problem that came up very efficiently and quickly. And even when I needed to extend my stay it was very easy.

Amazing location

Amazing location for the entire Quad Cities are. Beautiful home with lots of space. Very clean and spacious. A little mix up upon checkin but it was cleared up quickly and with little effort on our part. We would stay again

Beautiful Home!

A little bumpy start due to this being brand new construction and a new VRBO listing, but the host was responsive and very nice. The home is lovely. Spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Only a short drive to Augustana College, Davenport and Moline. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location

My family stayed here for while we were in Iowa for a baseball tournament. It was perfectly located approximately 2 miles from TBK Bank Sports Complex and Rhythm City Casino. Great food options and shopping within 5-10 minutes. The rental was clean and welcoming. The beds and linens were comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We will definitely stay here again for tournaments!

Great new constrution!

Was a very nice place to stay. It is close to the interstate but it was not noticeable in the condo. Parking may be difficult for some depending on how many vehicles you have. We only had my truck so it was no problem. You can also park in the street so it really should not be a concern. We would stay again if available!

Home away from home

Great stay! Home was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Nearby restaurants made it nice and for the nights in, the unit had everything we needed to whip up a nice meal at home. Master bed was a little is a little uncomfortable, as it feels like there is a board down the middle, so no cuddling in that bed. There is some road noise from the back of property, but got use to it quickly. Host was great with communication and responses. Definitely would stay again.

New build/nice location

The condo was well equipped and comfortable. No check in or check out directions were given. I had to ask for code for the door and then it was the same as the one next door. Not safe in my opinion. Response from the manager was poor. Tv didnt work the whole time. Hadn't even been set up. Wifi password didnt work. Everything was clean and well equipped. Nice place, needs some things addressed.

Visiting Relatives

The property was fairly new, very clean and even had a garage which was a plus. I did receive instructions for checking in, but that was about all the communication there was. No check out list provided, the TV was not working, tried to contact the host for instructions, but it appears that the network was never set up initially. The main guest bathroom toilet was not flushing and had to be plunged several times. Overall, we were a little disapponted on not having the accomadations that we thought we paid for and not receiving any further communication from the host except for checking in.

1. Property interior is nice although there were numerous dead flies on floors 2. Wifi did not work, we had to use mobile hotspot to watch TV and gain internet. We called contact number, given in picture frame on kitchen counter, several times but no return call 3. Bring your own bathroom tissue as there was a less than 1 roll between two bathrooms (less than 1/2 roll in Mstr and none in secondary bath). We were 2 adults for a 3 days stay! 4. Bring your own plastic wrap, foil etc as there are none of these supplies 5. If you have children the lawn is pretty rough, 99% overgrown weeds. The backyard is equally as rough. 6.There is no BBQ grill 7. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Bettplex

Dirty sheets

This is a newer neighborhood located in a convenient location. We were in the area visiting my mom whose health is not well. After spending our first day cleaning and organizing her house, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had several fresh blood spots. They clearly had not been cleaned from the last people staying there. So I had to wait until I could thoroughly wash and dry the sheets before being able to sleep. When I reached out to the property management, they didn’t respond until the next day and they said the cell/email they provided for me to contact with problems was no longer the correct one. They apologized and said they would speak to the cleaners. I was a little disappointed that was all they had to say. I will most likely visit Bettendorf again, but I will never stay in this home again.
