About this property

Heart of Dewey - Close to everything!

Not only a fantastic location, but plenty of parking as well for 3-4 vehicles. Renovated throughout with new windows, flooring & kitchen has new counter tops & appliances. The sunny living area has large sliders that exit to a wrap around deck, where you can enjoy the sunsets on the bay. Condo has an open kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area. Laundry closet & half bath are also on this level. This 3 floor town home allows for plenty of space & privacy if needed. Walk to everything!! No need for the car once you have arrived. Easy access to the ocean with a crossing light right on our corner!! Also the manager of this property is very responsive!! Making your vacation stress and worry free!!
1st level has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twins in them with a shared "Jack and Jill" full bath with tub.
2nd level is a large living room with 2 sliding doors to the wrap around deck, open kitchen with breakfast bar that is connected to the dining room. Half bath and laundry closet are also on this level.
3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed, 1 with 2 twins and a shared "Jack and Jill" full bath with a tub.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

My sister and I bought this home because we have grown up enjoying the Deleware beaches with our families and hope you will too! We have many fond memories of picking crabs and hanging out playing games.

Why they chose this property

We loved the location first of all, but also the size to accomidate our growing families. We also love the sunset views of the bay, a big bonus. Mostly during the hectic summer it is great to just park the car and not have to worry about getting around, but just enjoying the stroll in the evenings to all the different shops and places to eat.

What makes this property unique

When taking the short walk to the beach, you are at a stop light so it is especially safe to cross RT 1 with children and pets. This area of the beach is expecially wonderful if you do have pets. You can take them on walks in the evening on the beach in the summer and there is no time limit during the off season time when pets are allowed on the beach.
