Southern Colonial, destined to provide a unique retreat for guests on vacation or simply looking for a respite in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains along the Nolichuckey River. A birders paradise with lots of wildlife and centuries of history. The space A lovely retreat for single or couple. Birder's paradise. We are just getting started so come for the rest and relaxation. Very private with own separate keypad entrance. Kitchenette for basic needs with microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Guest access 1st Floor includes personal off street paved parking with ground level access to private keyless entrance opening to hallway with personal kitchenette, entertainment console in recreation room, private room and full bath. Outdoor seating with table, chairs, refrigerator, and grill/utensils on covered porch. Wi-fi throughout. Other things to note Laundry room is in owner's quarters and not part of guest suite. Laundry service may be available upon request.
