The Uitwijk
The spacious six-person holiday home, renovated in spring '21, is located in a former school near the village square of Koudekerke. It is sustainably renovated with attention for people and the environment. There is a new kitchen, bathroom, toilet and floor heating. Quiet location with its own garden and lots of privacy. Close to Middelburg, Vlissingen (4 km), southern beach Dishoek (3 km), Domburg and Zoutelande. There are many touristic options: the dune area, beach and nature reserves with various walking and cycling routes in the picturesque Walcheren. The spacious house has a large living room (28m²), luxury kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer. TV, audio system and Wifi are also available. At the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom (1x2pers box spring), a large bathroom (bath, separate shower) and a separate toilet room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (2x1pers). The house is wheelchair accessible and has a 4 star classification.

Amazing stay!

Host is amazing! I seriously doubt that anyone was ever that invested in the satisfaction of the stay. He was very caring and even contacted us beforehand very properly to make sure everything will go smoothly. Very friendly and warm accommodation as well as the host. Would come back any time!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.Der Strand und alles was man braucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erster Urlaub in Zeeland

Unser erster Urlaub in Zeeland war sehr schön. Wir hatten zwar ein wenig Pech mit dem Wetter, aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Auch bei starkem Wind und 14 Grad ist es sehr schön und wohltuend, Spaziergänge am Strand zu machen. Koudekerke ist ein schnuckeliges, kleines Dorf mit sehr zu empfehlender Bäckerei und 2 Supermärkten. in 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an verschiedenen, herrlichen Strandabschnitten. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die steile Treppe in den zweiten Stock (2 Schlafzimmer) ist für kleinere Kinder und gehbeeinträchtige Personen vielleicht etwas schwer zu gehen. Im Außenbereich befindet sich eine ruhige, von vielen Pflanzen umgebene Sitzmöglichkeit. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Radentfernung zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal in einem Dorf, um das Auto stehen zu lassen und Radausflüge nach Middelburg, Vlissingen oder an die Strände zu unternehmen. Bäckerei und 2 Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben besonders das große Wohnzimmer mit den hohen Fenstern genossen, aber auch die ruhigen Sitzecken im Garten.

Es war ein toller Urlaub, alles hat gepasst, gerade auch weil dass Wetter mega war. Auch die Strände und Fahrradrouten waren Klasse und allen Beteiligten hat es super gefallen. Das Gartentor war für Kinder nicht gut zu schließen

Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Osterurlaub

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Peter verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bei Regenwetter kann man sich drinnen auch mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut aufhalten, ansonsten ist es ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Zeeland. Middelburg und Vlissingen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch mit dem Rad gut erreichbar, und am Strand von Dishoek ist man ebenfalls schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wir haben eine sejr großzügige wohnung in einer alte schule vorgefunden, die excellent ausgestattet war für familie mit kind. allrs wad gebraucht eird inclusive waschmaschone war da ind auch der außenbereich war sehr ansprechend. nette freundliche vermieter runden das bild ab.

Traumurlaub in besonderer Wohnung und guter Lage auf Zeeland.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Garten/Hinterhof. Vollständige Ausstattung und gute Fahrraddistanz zu Strand, Domburg und Veere. Geschäfte im Ort (Aldi, Bäcker, Apotheke etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar). Freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter und bei Wunsch aber auch sehr separiertes Dasein mit abgeschirmtem eigenen Eingang. Wärmst zu empfehlen!

Wohlfühlen von Anfang an!

Die ideale Unterkunft für unseren "Radel-Urlaub"! Ein freundlicher Empfang durch unseren netten Gastgeber. Das großzügige, helle, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. In der gut ausgestatteten, pflegeleichten Küche macht es Freude auch mal selber zu kochen. Die Abende im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer haben wir genossen. Der gute und erholsame Schlaf wurde durch keinen Laut der "aufgeregten Zeit" gestört. Eine Empfehlung: Die Bäckerei Koppejan - lecker! Die Fahrradwege sind ein Traum! Ebenfalls die niederländischen Autofahrer: so rücksichtsvoll. Koudekerke ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Touren, ob zur nahe gelegenen Küste oder in die ansprechenden hübschen Ortschaften mit kleinen Geschäften und zahlreicher Gastronomie. Alles in allem: Ein gelungener Urlaub mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Vielen Dank

Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön und sauber und kann absolut weiter empfohlen werden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und umgänglich. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch absolut in Ordnung.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in dem es sich mit 6 Personen gut leben läßt. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, so dass man sich , insbesondere morgens, nicht zu sehr in die Quete kommt.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir haben als Familie mit Kleinkind ca. 1,5 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Einen Teil der Zeit hatten wir noch Besuch von Freunden mit einem Baby. Für uns alle war ausreichend Platz, die Wohnung, die über 2 Etagen verteilt ist, ist sehr weitläufig. Auch gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten, am Tisch und auf den Sofas zu sitzen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küchen-Ausstattung, die so gut wie alles beinhaltete, was man sich wünschen kann - von großen Mengen an Geschirr, über Teekannen, Salatschüsseln, einem Elektrogrill bis hin zu einer Passiermühle ist alles vorhanden (um nur einiges zu nennen). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Ausschließlich Kleiderschränke haben wir etwas vermisst. Familien mit Kleinkindern sollten eventuell darüber nachdenken, sich ein mobiles Treppengitter mitzunehmen, denn die Treppe ist sehr steil. Der Außenbereich, der ausschließlich zur Nutzung der Feriengäste zur Verfügung steht, ist sehr hübsch gestaltet und es gibt einige sehr hübsche Pflanzen. Auch war dort ausreichend Platz, um unsere Fahrräder unterzustellen. Koudekerke haben wir als perfekt für einen Zeeland-Urlaub erlebt. Der Ort ist recht klein und beschaulich, so dass man nicht mitten im Touristentrubel wohnt, ist aber sehr nah an den wunderschönen Stränden von Dishoek und Zoutelande und sowohl an Middelburg als auch an Vlissingen gelegen. Alles kann gut mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Fußläufig von der Ferienwohnung ist ein Supermarkt, ein Eisladen, eine Bäckerei, diverse Restaurants und Imbissbuden zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, freundliche Vermieter, gute Lage mit Supermarkt und Bäcker In unmittelbarer Nähe, Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Fahrradtouren. Das Auto kann man stehen lassen.
