Sunshine Bliss Villa is a beautiful 3 bedrooms condo in a gated resort community featuring a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and screened-in patio. Whether the goal is to relax, enjoy the theme parks, or just have fun, this is the ideal location for your next getaway! The resort amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, basketball/volleyball/ tennis courts, playground, splash pad, clubhouse, and a game room with a pool table. In walking distance to Walmart!
The space
We are offering a newly renovated and furnished, 1,255 sq ft ,3 bedrooms, 2 baths, air conditioning/heating, 1car garage, free private parking, condo villa located on the ground floor, with a full view of the very well-maintained green area in beautiful Oakwater Resort.
From the resort, there is very easy access to highways, just two miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World, and close to many other shops and restaurants. Disney parks are quick 10 minutes away, Universal Studios is less than 20 minutes away, Sea World is 15 minutes, Orlando International Airport is 25 minutes, Clearwater on the Gulf Coast is just a 90-minute drive away, Disney Springs is 5 miles and Epcot is 4 miles drive from the property. So close to all the parks, but adjacent to Reedy Creek and has lots of open conservation space and a lakeside trail. Whether you are here to relax, play golf, take in the sights, or just have fun, Oakwater is the perfect place for your family vacation.

Oakwater Resort is a gated community, where guests have access and security 24/7, with amenities including a gorgeous pool with splash pad, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, games room with pool and tennis table, basketball court, beach volleyball court, and the clubhouse, where you have free wireless internet access, and there is a 50-inch plasma TV so that you can enjoy your favorite sports or movies. There is also a lovely lake with a walking trail and benches to rest.

Oakwater Resort, in addition to being close to Disney World, is also very close to all the other major theme parks and attractions Orlando is famous for. There are several golf courses close by. The resort is located close to shopping and restaurants. A recently opened Walmart is less than a 5-minute walk from the unit.

Our completely furnished property, co-hosted by Jessica, has 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 baths, and can very comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, provides free cable, high-speed internet, and a very friendly and easy check-in.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen 43" smart tv, and a full on-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. This bedroom is located towards the green park and close to the patio doors leading out to the balcony.
The second bedroom has one queen bed and a beautiful courtyard view.
The third bedroom has a twin and a full bed, decorated with Disney characters for kids to enjoy and have fun. The second and third bedrooms share one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

The living area of the condo, decorated in neutral tones and colors, offers a stylish and relaxing atmosphere and has a flat-screen 50 " smart tv. The open-concept kitchen is looking out over the dining room and living room. The dining area seats 6 guests with 2 additional stools at the counter breakfast bar.

From the living room, a patio door leads onto a screened-in balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink, spend the best time with your family and friends, look at the beautiful palm trees, and relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, kids’ dishes, cutlery, and all the other items you need to be comfortable.

Clean linens, towels, and pool towels are provided for each guest.
The condo has a laundry that is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and a cloth drying rack.

For your convenience, we offer an iron and ironing board.
There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.
Guest access
Guests are allowed to access the entire unit, except the following:

1 - The owner's closet which is one of the two walk-in closets in the master bedroom.
2 - The storage space located outside, on one side of the balcony.
Other things to note
A welcome basket and start-up essential kit will be provided upon arrival.
