Sonesta was clean, staff was helpful and very friendly. Since this was off strip, the surroundings weren't the best as far cleanliness and homeless. Nearby stores were 15-30 min walk. The RTC bus stops were close by. I felt safe walking by myself during the day. Traveling at night I used Lyft\Uber. The downfall was the pool was closed on my 2nd day due to problem. There weren't any pools or places to lounge close by so I changed to another hotel. The staff was very empathetic and helpful. I sent message via Vrbo. Sonesta staff communicated with Vrbo and I received refund for nights I did not stay.

Staff was super nice but picky on what credit card you can use which was a lil odd but we made it work!!! Clean and right off the strip! Perfect if you have a pet and need a less crazy/party location! I felt safe but would suggest a better pet potty spot! Loved all the cats too they were so cute and friendly.

Loved being off-strip

The location was super convenient for us. The front desk people were wonderful with a very simple check-in process. The bed was very comfortable. The floors were a little dirty but no big deal. My communication before we checked in was very good except they said the pool was closed. We were surprised and happy to find that it was open. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice but bathroom was not clean. Counter, shower wall and floor had hair . Floor really was not clean and a lot of hair. Kitchen . Could have used scissors, bowl and a kitchen towel. Tv could offer streaning options.

The property is a little run down compared to the pictures. The sofa was cloth and worn enough that we did not use it. Property was close, but not exactly what we expected from the pictures. Furniture and carpet seemed a little worn.
