Panorama Studio is a newly-renovated studio apartment in Redding that feels like a best-kept secret oasis – one filled with natural light, rustic-modern ambience and so many amenities.

An airy space with a vaulted ceiling, this studio welcomes you “home” with a lava rock fireplace, cloud-like bed, modern furnishings and cozy kitchen. A laundry room is also a door away.

And for fresh air, head outside: the sofa here is lovely for morning coffee or post-adventure beers.

Panorama Studio is located on a neighborhood street in Redding, California, which is a gateway to the great outdoors of Northern California. Our studio is situated behind a main house and shares two walls with the laundry room and garage. We are central to everything you’ll want to experience in Redding and beyond, including:

STUDIO OVERVIEW
Our living area is all kinds of cozy with a shag rug and lava rock fireplace. You'll also find a deep-set navy sofa, yellow and patterned toss pillows, faux plants, and an essential oil diffuser (pick your own scent!). Plan your adventures right here, or unwind with a movie and glowing fire after a day out in nature.

Snug yet mighty, the kitchen carries out the navy and yellow color palette from the living area. And yes! It’s stocked with everything you’ll need to cook meals together (note: we have a toaster oven instead of a full oven). You can also sip coffee and tea at the counter bar – or enjoy a nourishing meal at our table for two. These are also great spots to play card games from our collection.

Over in the bedroom area, a plush queen bed comes with white bedding and a cloud of pillows. More homey touches abound: bedside tables, lamps and a black-and-white geometric rug. For more sleeping space, our sofa doubles as a twin-size bed. And in case you need to work remotely, a fold-down wall desk and leather chair are near the bed.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. Although our guests agree to follow quiet hours, you may hear the upstairs guest(s) during your stay.

SMOKING
To keep our home fresh and clean for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, a $300 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in the backyard (please close the sliding glass doors and windows).

PARKING
Our driveway is available for you to use for one car. Please park in the driveway in front of the door to the side yard only. Cars can park in tandem.

LAUNDRY
The laundry room is right off of the studio and is a shared space. You will have access to the laundry room from 8-3 pm. After this time, the laundry room will be off-limits.

BACKYARD/POOL
You are in the ADU/Guest House in the home. The main house has tenants and they have access to the pool area in the backyard. You will have access to the gated side yard and the studio space. The pool and backyard are off-limits to you. There is a side yard with a sitting area for you to enjoy during your stay and is private.

PRIVACY NOTICE
Access to the sideyard is exclusive to the Panorma guests only. Our staff is courteous at maintaining the highest level of privacy for our guests. The yards are regularly maintained by our groundskeepers and pool maintenance staff. We ask that you not disturb the tenants living in the main house. They are not the hosts for your stay.

You will get into the house with a code for the front door lock. We are always available for questions, concerns, help with finding local recommendations, and any emergencies. It is our hope that you enjoy your stay and have a memorable experience staying in our home.
