We are an easy walk to the Carolina Beach boardwalk area with shops, restaurants, amusement sides and live music in the summer. You can see the Thursday night fireworks from your deck!

This is a 2 bed 2 bath, sleeps 5 ocean front condo on the top floor with amazing beach and ocean views. The condo is painted in soft coastal hues that compliment the ocean views which you see immediately upon entering, as we have large sliders in both the living room and master bedroom overlooking the water.

As it's been remodeled, you'll love all the little touches and artwork throughout. The master bedroom suite has a new king mattress and bed frame, a large wall mounted 50-inch Smart TV, and a full bath with shower. The second bedroom has new mattresses - a twin over a queen bunk bed and a wall mounted Smart TV. The living room has a new comfy sofa and club chairs, and a 55-inch smart TV.

The ocean front deck is 24 feet long and has all brand-new top of the line polywood patio furniture, including high top table and chairs, so you have an unobstructed view of the ocean, There are also two loungers for relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a wonderful meal, perhaps with some of our local fresh seafood! The community pool and outdoor shower are on the side of the building, along with a park style charcoal grill and picnic table. We are only steps away from a public beach access and white sandy beaches. It's an easy walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach boardwalk to the North and the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar to the South.

If you've never been to Carolina Beach before, you're in for a treat. We're a wonderful family friendly beach town with pizza shops, ice cream shops, seafood restaurants, and 2 grocery stores. You'll never have to (or want to) leave the island! During the summer there are free outdoor concerts and movies, a weekly Farmers Market, and Thursday night fireworks-all within walking distance! Stroll the boardwalk, head down to the Kure Beach pier, visit the NC Aquarium or take in some local Civil War history at Fort Fisher. You can find new things to do every day or, of course, just relax on the beach and soak up the sun. You'll be glad you came to Carolina Beach, and you will want to come back year after year!

We have a locked storage closet in the carport for your beach gear. The parking is under the building with two assigned spaces, bumper to bumper. The spaces are quite narrow, so please watch your side mirrors. Please be careful when entering and exiting. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle.
