Big and spacious for my family trip. There were a few things that i found as an inconvenience and room for improvement. I’m thankful service was attentive and responsive because we had no Wi-Fi., (it was world cup season), the light sensors in the restroom are terrible within seconds they are off. I actually was caught in the shower with mid shampoo eyes closed with the lights off, and I was not able to turn them on despite me waving at the sensor after the second time. Definitely a safety hazard! I really loved the pool, but I would suggest because of the weather being way cooler by the lake that the Jacuzzi’s hot water heater be turned on that way we could’ve enjoyed the amenities a lot more.

We want to assure you that the property does feature Wi-Fi service, so this must have been an isolated technical issue with the network provider at that specific time. Bathroom Light Sensors: Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand how frustrating and unsafe it must have been to be left in the dark while showering; we have already forwarded this report to our maintenance team to adjust the sensor settings and extend the timer for everyone's safety. Pool and Jacuzzi: We are thrilled that you enjoyed the pool. Regarding the heated water, we would like to clarify that our facilities do not include a jacuzzi, which is why we unfortunately do not have a heating system for that area. However, we appreciate your feedback concerning the cooler lakeside weather. Thank you for taking the time to help us improve. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future to provide you with a seamless experience.

Beautiful property and very attentive staff. The property is very clean and has an immaculate view. The area is very quiet and is home to a very friendly community. The roads are very bumpy to get to this property and I would say this is the only negative. I would highly recommend this property for a stay for any family
