Don’t go there!!!
I was told I would get the code for the house three days before our arrival and I had to reach out the day before. That should have been my indication that things were not going to go well. The house is a new build but done on the cheap side. The pool heating broke after our second day and because it was a Friday we were told they’d call pool company but it was a holiday and a part was needed. The part came the next week but it took two days to heat the pool and then we had to come home. We were able to swim three days out of our ten day stay and when we asked for any compensation the property manager told us there was no way that was happening. We could still swim. Not too empathetic as hard to swim in frigid water. Not how one would talk to a paying guest.
The kicker after I said I was not happy the property manager claimed we left the house in such a disarray that the cleaner charged more than most people make in a week to clean the house. He sent me pictures of the towels by the washing machine and sheets that had been removed piled on the bed ready for a wash. Oh and we had forgotten to take out a the trash so we were in breech of the house rules. I was called difficult to deal with when I voiced my concerns.
The house is not in the best of neighbourhoods so look carefully when you are booking. Go anywhere but here!!! You’ll regret your decision and Naples is a beautiful place! We rented a great place last year too bad it was booked.
