The Kramer Residence: A/C, Youtube, Netflix
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, pots and pans , cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker, etc. An SUV with a driver is available for an additional fee.
The house is in Alangalang, Leyte, a town far enough from the water in case of bad weather yet close enough to drive to the beaches and resorts. Grocery store is about 10 mins away. On-site house keeper will perform housekeeping duties once a week for 1,000.00php.

This is a two story home with 3 bedrooms , one full bath and a half bath downstairs accessible from the living room. Fully functional kitchen.

Wonderful all around
Wonderful , clean house . The owner and her family that helped us thru minor difficulties were just wonderful . So helpful and pleasant to deal with . I would highly recommend renting here. It is walking distance to jollibee ( my favorite ) and andok chicken , and a laundromat also . The town has nice stores and grocery stores for everything you need. We also rented the car which ran perfectly . Will definitely rent here again next time we come back . Thank you !

Nice property. Westernized home in a traditional Philippino neighborhood. There are food and shopping in a short walk along with an abundance of transportation options. There are lots of bicycle, scooter, bus etc options at all hours. Note most none auto options are Filipino sized so if your big or over 5 and a half most bikes seating will be crowded
