Excellent location by the race track

The location was superb for going to an event at the racetrack. Plenty of parking and bedrooms are nice. Two things that could be improved are basic toiletries and Kleenex being available and having the kitchen a little more stocked (cookie sheet or baking pan, better knives, etc). It’s not their fault but neighbors where a little noisy one might and filled up the garbage.

The kitchen was clean, but the sink kept backing up. Also the washer and dryer is very outdated. Everytime we tried to wash, the washer machine just wash but wouldn’t rinse the clothes, lucky my mom lives nearby so we just wash over there. Very frustrating since it was freezing cold every day. The railing on the steps needs to be fix, it’s coming away from the wall making it very difficult to carry your luggage upstairs since you can’t hold the railing. The back yard base off the photos are not accurate at all. So that was a disappointment. Also There was no information pertaining to garbage pickup or when to put the garbage outside, so everyday we had to pay attention to what the neighbors was doing. Overall not the worst experience, but definitely not the best. But we made the best of it especially it was thanksgiving time didn’t want to spoil the mood .

Phenomenal host & property

First time visiting Georgia, came to visit family and needed a home away from home for us and our 1 year old. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe, our host was friendly and communicated well. The only real hiccup was that the a/c upstairs was not working when we checked in but our host was on top of it. They made sure that a mechanic was sent out the same night to have it fixed so we could have a peaceful nights sleep. Definitely recommend this location, the host is phenomenal and the pictures do not lie, this is a beautiful home.
