Abode at First Dawn features expansive living & dining spaces, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, multiple cozy fireplaces to enhance the ambiance of your stay, and a quiet private balcony that offers stunning views of the surrounding terrain. As you enter your private Abode prepare to be truly wowed with its luxury minimalist design and modern alpine decor. Gather round the stunning fireplace and cozy up on the plush seating as you enjoy your favorite local IPA's and recount the day's adventures.



Family & friends will enjoy all the on-site amenities of the Hyatt Centric including ski valet, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, sauna, steam room, fully equipped game room with billiards, ping pong, board games, flat screen TVs and more, plus an on-site restaurant and bar lounge. *Sunrise Gondola is currently under construction and is impacting road traffic, access to the resort and residences will be maintained but slightly impacted.

*Sunrise Lift is operated by Vail Resorts, weather dependent and subject to Vail's opening date.

**Please note, Hyatt Centric requires a per night resort fee. The Hotel will collect this fee upon check-in and guests will be responsible for payment directly to the Hotel. The Resort Fee includes: Pool access, fitness center access, internet access, amenity upkeep and unit keys regardless of guest use.
