Peaceful and serene, the vacation home boasts a large, spacious yard ideal for families to enjoy.

This 3 Bed, 2 Bath home offers a spacious and calm environment featuring a full furnished basement, open living room area, 8 person dining table and deck!

No parties. No smoking. No pets. Each room was design with your comfort in mind so you can enjoy this beautiful space!

- The home has central heating
- Please note, with such an open space in the living room/kitchen area, it can get colder there during the winter time compare to the other rooms in the house. 2 space heaters will be provided to use in those areas if needed.

★ AIR CONDITIONING ★
- The home has a swamp cooler. Main ducts are inside all three bedrooms and hallway. ** We do not have central A/C***

1. This is a smoke free home - please refrain from smoking indoors, in the deck or in the front yard so we can maintain the best quality stay for future guests. You are welcome to enjoy outside in the back yard. Violation of this rule will result in a $500.00 fine.
2. There is a ring camera in the front door. Ring camera records audio and video 24/7 for guest safety purposes. There are NO recording devices other than the device at the front door.
3. Snow removal will be available when there is 3 inches of snow or more in the driveway. There is also a shovel available for guests as needed.
4. No pets allow - violation of this rule will be result in a $200.00 fine

We had a very nice stay here! It was a busy trip due to being there for CU graduation - we didn’t get to take advantage of the game room amenities, but the house was spacious and clean and very comfortable.

Great place in Westminster

Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked with games and toys for the children. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was a great. Our host was check in on us constantly to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed anything. We appreciate it, made us feel at home and had the perfect layout for spending time with and family.

Amazing Overall!

We stayed for a couple nights and it was a blast! This is such a cozy place and the absolute best hosts! Super helpful and extremely nice. Would definitely love to stay again if they'd have us!

Very comfortable again

Our second stay was as nice as our first, last December. The open floor plan, the game room , the kitchen island table and the comfortable deck and gas grill are all very pleasant features. Our host, Adonis, is very attentive. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Denver.

Nice family stay in Denver area

Nice property that is centrally located for many activities in the Denver area. House is clean and easy to access. Adult kids hung out in the game room downstairs and parents watched tv and did puzzles upstairs. Was easy to cook lunch and dinner in the kitchen.

Cozy

Denver can have some pretty sketchy places, but overall this place is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood surrounded by great places. The house is older but cute and cozy. The host even delivered a fan because of some unpredicted heat that came through before the swamp cooler was ready. Overall great place!

lots of space

Our host was attentive throughout, but apparently due to a system failure, we had no door code, despite repeated requests, until after we arrived. We also struggled constantly with the front door and code box. Everything else was very nice. We will likely stay here again when we visit Denver in the spring.

Football/Thanksgiving

We traveled to CO to see our son who is AT with OSU Football. They traveled out to play CU over Thanksgiving. While we didn't fair well in the game, the VRBO was great. Very Clean and loved the open space. Owner was very communicative and very responsive. He allowed us to have a few extra people for the day on Thanksgiving so we could see our son. We asked about cooking for Thanksgiving and he said no problem. He even went out and bought us a CrockPot to use after I asked about one. I really appreciated that! Overall Great stay!
