Experience the quiet family friendly neighborhood while comfortably staying close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, parks and more. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day enjoy access to community pools, tennis courts, mini golf, fishing pier, walking/jogging/biking at no additional cost. 10% Discount on weekly bookings!

Due to our insurance policy, we're unable to rent to guests under the age of 25, even if a parent secures the rental. This policy applies whether parents are present or not during the stay.

The property was very clean and spacious. All of the beds were comfortable with a nice variety of pillows. We were impressed by the selection of cookware and dishes. The neighborhood was very quiet and dog friendly. It was just a short walk to the bay view and a park near the pond. Check in and out were a breeze. Overall a very lovely pet friendly house to stay.

Quiet Neighborhood in Fenwick

Upon arriving we were very pleassed with the house and the neighborhood. Close enough to the activities in Fenwick/OC but far enough away to avoid the loud street and crowds. Everything was as described and it was a very comfortable stay.

Very responsive owner, easy check in/out, clean and new space that is perfect for a week away with family. All the linens were provided which made packing so much easier. Even had a little coffee station with Kuerig pods. Great neighborhood with pools and tennis courts, and close enough to ride bikes to beach.

Great Vacation Rental

Excellent location, this home was minutes away from all the action in Ocean CIty. Nestled in a private community with a private pool and friendly neighbors. We felt welcomed in the home immediately with all the thoughful amenities at hand. There was complimentary coffee and clean linens. The place was professionally cleaned and we will be staying here again.

The host had great communication. Check in process was the easiest I’ve dealt with. House was very clean and cute! I’m glad they had provided a hair dryer because I forgot mine! The master bed was super comfy!

Week in ocean City Maryland

We rented a house so we could bring our dog. It worked out great! The house we rented was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Quiet neighborhood near a lake and the ocean.

What a perfect stay!! This home and the wonderful owners we're exactly as described in the listing and the other positive reviews. This home was clean, filled with everything a family would need and then some! When we arrived, we were met with little touches (mints on pillows, towels and everything we may need neatly laid out, waters and even snacks.) Our check in was a breeze and communication was fantastic throughout the stay.We also loved the neighborhood. Met many wonderful people on our daily walks and at our time in the pool. Felt like a great and safe community.Easy to get everywhere, close but not on top of the coastal highway. Just a wonderful, 10/10 home. Don't second guess this home!!!! Will happily stay again!
