Basement studio is quiet and safe, but couldn’t manage the air conditioning and it was swampy, and dry inside studio. Hostess didn’t respond when needing help with the air, or 99% of the time.

This studio is located one level above the street level. With 2 tall windows and high ceilings. There is a ceiling fan and windows are in perfect condition with screen to open for fresh air. I live in the building and my responses are almost immediate if you text me. We can’t fix if we don’t know it is not working. Our next guest called me and AC was working next day. We appreciate if you clean before you leave and take away any extra food and fruits or dispose the in trash, and take the trash out.

Convenient location and comfortable bed

This location was super convenient and the host was very easy to communicate with. The bed was super comfortable, and most of what I used the apartment for was to sleep. There were a couple of very large bugs I saw at one point - I suppose this is expected in a basement unit. The only real problem was the parking situation; it was a small space and difficult to get into even with my relatively small car. Otherwise everything was fine.

This apartment is not a basement per se. The door is in the back of the building but the apartment is one level above street level and tall ceiling and full height window. Very bright. We never had any kind of infects problem. Parking is quite large. I park my SUV there and move my car to another location to give our guest easy access to parking.

Very bright and spacious. Tall ceilings, bay widows , hardwood floors, central AC and washer and dryer. Near train to Boston and Newton and short drive to major highways 128, 95 , mass pike.
