The neighborhood is known as the Beltline, Formally known as Victoria Park. The neighborhood has an incredible history and is centrally located & close to everything you’ll want to see while visiting Calgary. Transit, tourist attractions, eateries, bars, casinos, fitness studios, pathways, the Calgary Stampede (in July), & much more! Across the street, you’ll find the BMO centre and other event centres and spaces. With such an ideal location you’ll be able to find something fun to do any night of the week.
Permitted access to:
- Entire 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo
- Private attached patio
- Secure underground parking
No access to:
- Gym
- Concierge
- Mail service
- Intercom (must meet the delivery driver in the lobby)
Secure underground parking and air conditioning are two (2) of the many other notable features that will ensure a comfortable stay.
All guests must be 18+
The condo has an open-concept living space with picturesque views of Downtown Calgary.
The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo to ensure maximum privacy for all guests.
Expansive private, rooftop patio. This private area is divided into two sections, a North and West facing area.
⁃ The western-facing area gets mid-day sun exposure great for tanning. In addition, it faces west so you get that end-of-day sun.
⁃ The northern area with the perfect view of the Calgary Tower and lots of green trees to provide privacy, and shade, and block out the wind.
Note that this is an adult only building.
ADULTS ONLY BUILDING - Those under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited.
Check-in is between 4 PM - 10 PM. If you’re arriving after that time, please inquire about alternative options.
The building requires a form to be completed prior to arrival.
