Located on Tybee's vibrant South end, this condo offers easy access to the island's best shops, restaurants, and nightlife. After a day of exploration, retreat to your private second-level balcony and savor the gentle island breeze.
Sit back and relax in the open living area, which features a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The dining area, which has seating for 6, is the perfect place to gather for a meal after a day of fun in the sun. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and countertop seating for 3. The private balcony has a grill, lounge seating, a dining table for 4, and overlooks the community pool area.
Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.
Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. The place was great! Super clean, up to date, comfortable beds, great pool area, close to shops and restaurants. The property manager sent all necessary updates and the portal was super easy to use.

Great communication regarding our stay. Check in was super easy. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was amazing. So great to be able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed the pools! Wonderful stay!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this space. We had 4 kids 7 and under and it worked well. Great living room and dining area. Happy to have daily pool access and an easy walk to the beach or restaurants!
Great house and property! We loved the space we all had, the bathrooms were awesome, plenty of room to cook and ample seating so we could eat together! The pictured matched the description exactly! We were disappointed by a few things, but it didnt deter us from having a great time. The rug on the balcony is soaking wet....it had rained, but they must must have been wet awhile because it was covered in moss amd slippery so we really couldn't use that part of the balcony. We also couldn't use the grill. Every time we tried it would trip the breaker. We ended grilling on the stove. The TV in one of the guest rooms wouldn't connect to any of the streaming services so that was sad. Anytime we cooked anything the smoke detector went off. It ended being a laugh for us as someone would fan the detector while someone toasted a bagel. I guess I'd rather it do that than not work! The elevator was down 2 days for maintenance (not the home owners fault at all), but it was rough as we had to older people with us! The pools were close and hardly ever busy! The location is perfect...close to everything!! We enjoyed our stay very much!
Sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und freundlich genauso wie die gemeinsame Begehung und Einweisung der großzügigen Ferienwohnung.Es fehlte an nichts. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Für unser Kind war es ebenfalls ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Hunden, Katzen, Hühnern und vielen Pferden. Wir planen einen erneuten und gerne auch einen längeren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und möchten uns gerne bei Ihnen für ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft herzlich bedanken.
