This 3-bedroom (with additional pull-out bed in Great Room), 3-bathroom cottage has all of the conveniences of home including full granite kitchen with all appliances, air conditioning/gas fireplace, gas BBQ, screened-in Muskoka room, outdoor private deck, laundry appliances as well as fresh linens and towels included. There is an additional pull-out bed in the Great Room to accommodate total of sleeping for 8. Lakefront sandy beach on Lake Joseph with shallow water for the young ones. Use of paddleboards, canoes and kayaks. There is even musical entertainment Tuesdays on the dock!

This unit is pet-free. Minutes away from the hub of Port Carling, a selection of great golf courses, Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery and a variety of good hiking trails.
