Enjoy summer and fall vacations in this darling 1 bed 1 bath ski side condo located in the beautiful Homestead Resort, with exterior elevated deck to enjoy the forest views while you dine and unwind. Located within walking distance to the bike trails, dining, the Village, and Lake Michigan. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, large walk-in shower, fireplace, A/C & Heat and carpeting. All the amenities of Glen Arbor, pickleball, tennis, wineries, dining, sand dunes, biking, kayaking, golf courses and much more just minutes away. This condo does not come with access to the pool or beach club. However, Glen Arbor is less than 2 miles away with access to Lake Michigan and the beach. Also, Old Settlers park has dock access to Glen Lake.

There are so many options to be outdoors - biking, pickleball, tennis, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming Lake Michigan beach, dining or sitting on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The clean air, birds and wildlife will renew your soul, and you'll fall in love with this special place.

Quiet, peaceful, wooded serenity tucked away on a hillside. Minutes by bike or car to Glen Arbor for shopping, wine, coffee, bike rental, Cherry Republic, Lake Michigan access. Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leeland are 20-30 minutes from the condo and offer even more shopping, dining, water activities, sight-seeing, wine tours.
