Set on a lake front with generous south facing pool and deck overlooking a natural 40 acre private community lake and conservation this property offers a perfect opprtuity to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
The oversized pool deck features a new hot tub (fitted end of Jan 2024) with truly stunning lake view.
The Lake is accessible from edge of the property and small boats are allowed. Pool heat can be added to your reservation for an additional cost
Built around 2000, the peaceful Davenport community of Thousand Oaks, with just over 200 homes, is surrounded, as the name suggests, by mature trees and conservation areas. It has several deep water fishing lakes teeming with fish and yet is only 15 minutes away from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. Supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses are all located a couple of miles away at ChampionsGate.
