Beautifully updated and refined by new owners in this Emerald Towers, 2BR, 2Bath unit with Queen Sleeper Sofa, which comfortably sleeps 6. Master BR has a King Bed and the guest BR has a Queen Bed. HDTV's and DVD players in both bedrooms and living room.
Watch and listen to the ocean's waves, without hearing all the noise, from the 11th floor unit with large balcony, accessible from the living room and Master Bedroom.
Unit #1105 has a fully stocked kitchen and a wet bar with ice maker to help you relax, and leave your worries behind. Just 2 miles from the Destin Commons shopping area, including Bass Pro Shops for the men. For the kids, and 'grown kids', the Big Kahuna water park is within walking distance from the complex. The finest restaurants and shopping are within minutes, and golf....there are great courses everywhere!!! Two lighted tennis courts are here in the complex. What a place to relax.

We have been married over 30 years, and love to travel together. The beach is an annual trip for us, and buying this condo will hopefully be our place for retirement in a few years. I am in sales and Paige works with the public Elementary School as a media specialist assistant. We want to share our condo with people with our vision so we will have a nice place to retire.

These are the best beaches and water we have ever seen. We are only 6 hours away, and are proud to have been able to make this purchase.
What makes this property unique
There are so many things to do in the Destin area. Great restaurants, golf courses, shopping areas, friendly people everywhere you go!
