Immerse yourself in Nature in our luxury, custom built villa "Elevation" that provides a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. With custom doors and windows, you can truly open yourself to nature while still having the comforts of a 5star home. Located on the iconic Needmore Road and centrally located to all major area attractions, our resort provides convenience, comfort and safety for your stay in the mountains.

Only 1 minute to the Panther Branch takeout of the Little Tennessee River, National Forests and green space, you can hike the forest and fields without the crowds, set up a nice place on a private beach or simply drive the miles of riverfront road.

All amenities that you can imagine are provided from fine linens, memory foam bed, hot tub, gas grill, 5G internet, smart TV, private firepit, and artisan quality mountain spring water along with Basecamp Smoky Mountains resort amenities.

Basecamp Smoky Mountains has many amenities, beautiful landscape lighting, eco gardens and trails to enjoy while onsite.

5 mins to Nantahala Gorge, Appalachian Trail, Tsali Mountain Bike, Fontana Lake, and Bryson City and in the middle of anything you’d want!

*Pets welcome under 35lbs - 1 pet max!

All private space for Elevation plus hiking trails, common area fire pit, outdoor Garden House and all eco-Gardens.

Little Tennessee River - Needmore Road

This unit is next to our other unit “Grounded” and can be booked together for a larger space. Common area with fire pit, hot tub, eco-gardens, nature trail, close to Panther Branch take out of Little Tennessee River.

Additionally, we have two other villas and a home you can rent at Basecamp Smoky Mountains, or the opportunity to rent out the whole resort - reach out to us for more info!

Weight limit for pets is 35 lbs. and the pet fee is $125. 1 pet max!

Work Remote Week with Ozzy

Had a great trip working remotely with my dog Ozzy. Everything was as described and as pictured in elevation. When you open the doors / windows you really feel outdoors. Very clean and fresh feeling. Rena and team were super responsive and checked in on me to see if I needed anything. Ozzy (dog) had an awesome time swimming and splashing around the river down the road. I would suggest to keep driving until you hit the gravel road. A lot of great places to pull over, park, and get in. The gravel road is less traveled so feels more pet friendly. I would def recommend hitting up Bar-B-Que Wagon for lunch / dinner & the Bistro for dinner. Cardinal Coffee also has amazing cold brew and bagels / cream cheese (All suggested by Rena & Team).
