To begin with, there was blood on the handle of the door to the office. The next person walking in was the one to clean it so we could go in. We reserved a room with three beds, but initially got a room with two beds. When we went to the office, the person there said, “oh yeah, Iveas going to upgrade you. Upgrade? We PAID FOR A THREE BED ROOM! Pool area in huge disrepair.NEVER AGAIN!
