This property fit our needs. It was very dog friendly, spacious, comfortable beds, nice views, and good wi-fi. Our only problem was an unreliable door lock that locked us out twice during our 3 day stay, one time needing to enter the code 16 times before it finally unlocked.

We are very sorry about the door lock. We haven't had a issue before .I checked the batteries and connection and everything was fine and in working order . We will continue to monitor this and glad you had a great stay . Thank you for helping support our farm .

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful retreat. We slept in both days because the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend morning coffee on the deck! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated having access to the the washer and dryer. The location was convenient for driving to visit relatives, with easy access to Sedalia and Lee’s Summit. We regretted not booking for an additional day.

Great stay

This place was the perfect place for me and a few friends to stay during our trip to Truman Lake. The place was clean and stocked with everything needed for anything from cooking to sleeping. It’s also on a beautiful property with plenty of privacy. Will definitely stay at this place again when in the area.

Excellent Missouri trip

House and property were wonderful. All amenities. Large open areas (in the house and outside) made it great for large group. Looking forward to visit again, next year.

Family Lake trip

We enjoyed our stay. This is a very spacious home with plenty of outdoor space as well. We were able to let the dogs out and not worry about them running off. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future visits to Truman Lake.

Our family spoonbill fishing trip

The house was so nice and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. We liked that they left corn hole and other games at the house to play. This was only 15 min from the boat ramp we used to spoonbill fish. Lots of room in the home.

Lovely place

This is the second time we have stayed here. It has everything you could hope for. The deck is lovely, and even has a BBQ grill (although we didn’t use it). The place is behind a gate which is nice. Good internet, huge TV’s, comfortable beds and couches. It’s quiet, clean, and our two pups loved it as well. The hosts do a great job of making sure the place is clean and comfortable and are very responsive if you need something. We came for our nephews graduations and will most likely come again just because we really did enjoy the place.

Great place

The property is great! Very quiet, and very clean. The internet is good, they provided a wide assortment of games, and the beds were comfortable. They thought of everything including an iron and ironing board! We plan on staying here again during our next trip up for the next nephews graduation. Our pups also enjoyed the place. One took a great liking to the smell of the wild honeysuckle growing while the other seemed to think rolling in the grass was the best thing ever. The two issues we had during our stay Nick took care of very promptly.

A little piece of heaven

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. Tons of room to roam and explore. Kids had a blast running all over and playing fetch with our dog. We had no troubles finding the place. The house is just far enough away to gaze at all the stars you can't see in the city. Also, not too far from anything like stores, fishing spots, etc. House was perfect for us. Nick thought of all the little things that people might need while visiting. Nick is also the best host I've ever been in contact with! He explained everything well. If I had a question, he was great about communicating. We couldn't ask for a better stay. We will 100% be back again!
