The open floor plan is spacious and offers space for your entire group. A large chef's kitchen adjoined by the dinning room with a table for 10 to enjoy family dinners. Double bunk beds for kids and teens with loft for tv, games and video games. Outdoor patios, showers and bbq complete the Island summer experience. walking trails, bike path, beach, and Farm Institute all close by.

South Beach a short drive or bike there on the bike path or private trails, Katama Bay is walking distance for clamming and kayaking.

Dream Vacation

The house is in a quiet yet convenient location. Close to the beach, downtown and restaurants. The house was clean and the perfect layout for us. We loved the open floor plan and the huge dining table that fit all 9 of us! The coffee bar and lobster pot were great touches, and the house had everything we needed for our beach day. The host was helpful and responded quickly to messages. We hated to leave and we definitely recommend this property!
