Escape to the breathtaking beauty of the mountains with our exquisite short-term rental. Nestled in the heart of Purgatory Ski Resort, our family friendly townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and adventure.
Some amenities you can expect: Mountain views, private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, full kitchen, two living spaces, two car garage, EV charging station, easy access to Purgatory Resort, easy access to hiking/biking/jeeping trails, and lake access just steps down the road.

Guests have complete access to this townhouse.
The Neighborhood:
Inviting neighborhood directly across from the Purgatory Resort entrance.
Getting Around:
4 parking spaces are available on site- 2 spaces inside garage and 2 spaces in driveway. NO PARKING ON ROAD, vehicle will be towed at owner's expense.
During the ski season, a shuttle is available for pick up/drop off to and from Purgatory Resort. Each day, the house gets 2 FREE round trips with the shuttle. After that Purgatory charges $10 per person, per trip. This fee is charged to the homeowner, then passed to the renter as an extra charge.
Other Things to Note:
As our guest, you are allowed access to Durango Mountain Resort's pool, hot tub, and gym for an additional 4% fee (% is calculated based on the total cost of your stay). THIS IS OPTIONAL. If you choose to pay the additional fee to gain access to these amenities, communicate this request via messaging and you will be sent the additional charge. Upon arrival, you can pick up your temporary access card at the front desk of the resort.
*Please note: There is a required 4% resort fee at the time of booking; that fee is separate from this optional one.

We are passionate about our love of nature and enjoy making memories through outdoor experiences with our children. We are excited to share our home at Purgatory Resort with others so that they can also make priceless memories with friends and family.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts. You sit at the doorstep of Purgatory Resort, where you have access to cold weather sports (skiing, snowboarding, snow biking) in winter and mountain biking in summer. Steps down the road is a nordic ski center in winter and a hiking trailhead (with unlimited other trails a short drive away) in summer. There is a lake for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Just off the lake is a playground children can enjoy. There truly is something for everyone, even if it is just the spectacular mountain views!
