Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Gulf Towers with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 8.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival or a few days prior via email, they are a one time fee of $70.00(subject to change) per vehicle for a 1-31 night stay, additional $70 for a 31+ day stay. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We love Orange Beach and have been traveling down from Michigan every spring break the last decade. This was our first stay at the towers. It was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Tons of pool/lazy river space, and being right on the beach was great. We left a nice big pot/steamer behind for future guests to enjoy

Absolutely loved this property and unit. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plan to stay here again. My children loved the slide and lazy river. Parking was extremely convenient. My only suggestion is please do something about the king size bed, my husband and I both struggled to get a good night sleep b/c it was so hard.

It had a regular coffee pot as well as a keurig! The view from the balcony was stunning. I normally do not sleep well when I'm away from home. However, the king bed was super comfy. The hot tub and heated swimming pool were also a welcome surprise. My only complaint was not with the condo but with the location of the facility lobby which was on the second floor. It was a bit confusing when you first entered. However, I love the fact that you drive to your floor and the condo was a short distance from the entrance.

Great Fall Break vacation

Only thing that didn’t work was the garbage disposal which we didn’t find out until our last night but not a big deal. Pool was great and the kids loved the slide. Pool was a little chilly but once you got in you got used to it really quick. Kids loved the indoor hot tub as well. All in all I would rent this place again. Close to everything and great restaurants and other activities for the whole family. 5 stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All over it was a nice condo, a few recommendations, need dressers in bedroom to be able to unpack. Kitchen needs manual can opener, glass measuring cup, dish drainer. Porch could use some lounge chairs. I realize it’s a new condo and takes time to complete inventory. The washer needs to be checked out, lots of difficulty starting it. The guest bathroom has a peculiar smell to it. Bathrooms could use some hooks next to the showers to hang towels. Just a few suggestions, but in general, nice condo. More parking needs to be allowed near check in points, security wouldn’t allow car to be parked to load car, expected us to go up inclined parking deck to pack car.. not ok. Lady security was a bit much in expectations, felt like I was being treated like a child at times. I know there has to be rules, but expecting someone to go up 21 floors to get my tag before being allowed to go out chairs on the beach was a bit much. Needs to calm it down some.

You saw crews cleaning constantly and nothing ever looked dirty or unkept. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the appliances were perfect, having a separate ice machine was so nice. Our entire family enjoyed the lazy river and water slide! Perfect for families with small kids or really anyone the zero entry is wonderful. Being on the beach is helpful to be able to walk to the beach and pool and back and forth. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely be back to the same condo next year!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, the location was great, the pool and lazy river were wonderful. The condo looks just like the pictures. It could use some more furniture, especially in the bedrooms. There are two small dressers/night stands in the main bedroom. There is nothing in the 2nd bedroom. Unless you use the cabinets in the bathrooms, you will have to live out of a suitcase for your entire stay. The bathrooms could have more towel racks too.The kitchen has good quality items (dual Keurig coffee pot, blender, crock pot) but not quite as well stocked as other condos we've rented. I feel like we were always running out of plates/bowls at dinner. There were only two small pots, nothing big nought to even boil pasta. However, I called Phoenix Rentals and asked of they had extras and we had a pot in about 2 hours, along with a text to let me know they broght one, which was impressive (and on a Sunday). Also, if you have kids, nothing is plastic in case you want to bring your own. One prior review mentioned the beds, I didn't think they were uncomfortable. They are high/ tall so if you have someone that has trouble climbing into a tall bed, I would recommend bringing a stool.I agree with other comments on the pool/lazy river. The lights are not designed well. They are really in the way and it is really easy to run into them. Pool security depends on the day. Some of the security personnel are not as nice. They don't want people playing/throwing balls or other objects in the pool. This rule was a first for us. They also close the indoor pool if the weather is bad, so if it is storming outside you won't be able to swim inside either.With the exception of the area at the end of the slide, the entire pool is at most 3.5 feet deep. It's great for little kids but might not be the best for older ones that like to jump in. I would stay at this condo and the property again. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our vacation.

Had a starter set of everything we needed with regard to towels, soap, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans as well as toaster and Keurig. The view was amazing! Pretty much soundproof, could not hear outside noise unless the sliding glass door was open. Pool/lazy river/water slide was a huge bonus as well as indoor pool and hot tub. The boardwalk and walk to the beach was short and convenient. Parking garage was a little tight and the only thing I would recommend is adding a little more detail about check in. The lobby is located on the second floor and when we arrived, all you have is a parking garage and we unfortunately saw no signs directing you to the second floor for the lobby. We may have just missed this information, but we figured it out. We will definitely return to orange beach and stay at this location in the near future!!!

The condo was beautiful, clean, everything we needed. Great view and the pool/lazy river/slide was a huge perk and hit! Beach access was very convenient and the onsite security and workers at The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is better instructions on check-in, it was a little confusing when you pull into the parking garage to locate the lobby, I had other guests stop me at the elevators asking where it was. Also security, making sure they make consistent checks around the pool at night. Other than that, great stay and will be back!!!

Phoenix Gulf Towers 302 - June 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at GT, first time in 302. We really like the facility, the location, the lazy river, and the beach. We enjoyed the condo, the decor, the appliances worked great and it was very nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the coffee pot was both drip and kcups, nice to have options. The linens were were good and we had plenty of towels. The most amazing part is the parking on the floor you are on so no need for the elevator... a serious game changer and makes the extra cost worth it. Our only negatives were the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the cleaning was just ok. They called us with a maintenance issue, water leaking below so they had to come in while we were there to look for the source of water and they added silicone on a tub drain. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice.

They have plantation shutters which have large gaps that allow bright hall lights to shine in bedrooms. Manager notified and stated lights are not dimmed or turned off at bedtime. The "Heated pool" was a joke-Freezing water- kids lips were purple. I reported it to the front desk clerks and they smiled at each other and said Maintenace will check it. Unable to use any of the pools due to very cold water. We left a day earlier than planned.

The condo was very nicely furnished and perfect for our family of 5. The view is amazing. The condo was clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the main room and also made/ate many of our meals in the condo. We enjoyed walking out to be beach collecting shells (too cold to swim) and the kids loved the heated indoor pool. It was shallow enough that my young ones could touch in majority of the pool and appreciate the zero entry part. My oldest braved the cold and went down the outside slide a few times. Will have to come back when it's warmer. Thank you!
