This unit at Charter Landing was fantastic! The Host, John, was great to talk with and very accommodating. The unit was very clean, comfortable and modern. We recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. FYI...Learned that John does dive trips also, so we will be back for that too!

Very well kept, it definitely matched the photos and was well taken care of. Host was always quick to respond and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place!

I would highly recommend this rental. We had a great stay. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, really nice linens and towels. This is a very spacious condo. We loved the location. The owner is super nice. Will def consider returning if we revisit area in the future.

The condo was very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with the swimming pool right outside the door. John was an excellent host. He responded quickly to any questions I had. He even provided suggestions as to where to eat. The condo was spotless and he provided all necessities needed for a comfortable stay. I recommend this host and property very highly.

Great location, very roomy condo, immaculate, beds very comfortable. The condo had been recently remodeled and everything was new! John(owner) was great.. anything we needed a phone call away! Condo was right near everything.. watched the boats come in… restaurants steps away! Condo easily accessible.. handicap parking next to unit! Take a few steps.. in the condo!

Wonderful Top of the Line Condo!

We LOVED our 6 night stay at Charter Landing! Everything in the just renovated unit was so comfortable - furniture, bedding stylish furniture & decor! Being on the canal with amazing boats & right beside restaurants was also a big plus! An easy walk to the beach plus the beautiful sunset views on the bay! The owners have thought of every detail & you will LOVE your stay also! We WILL be back to this unit! We really don’t want to say too many good things bc it will get booked up! This really is one of the very best condos in OB we have stayed in. Thank you John & Lisa!

Best Spring Break - Perfect Location

We have stayed at Charter Landing before and couldn't wait to return. Charter Landing II was the BEST. John outdoes himself on cleanliness, easy access, his availability and the comfort of the condo. We have already told him to pencil us in for next year. The view right out the door is simply gorgeous. The pools are right there outside the door and unpacking right at the "back door" makes things so easy. My husband fished in the marina and across the road, we had the best meals out and everything needed if we wanted to cook. (hate we didn't use that air fryer) Boys played golf, Momma shopped, beach days, all the things. Perfection

We love the Cotton Bayou setting that offers a more private oasis, this complex only being 10 units and especially being ground floor. Our subdivision (Surfside) also has deeded beach access right across the street off Gulf Dr. It’s a five minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico.
