This home was exactly as advertised, and the pictures are accurate and current. It was clean and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, and they responded promptly. The location of the home is perfect. The restaurant at the clubhouse, Sand Springs Grille, is a great place for lunch, dinner, and/or a drink. We will be returning.

The property was in an ideal location for us. The communication between the host and us prior to our arrival was excellent.However, once we arrived at the property we found the VRBO to have the only very basic essentials in the kitchen. The reason I gave the overall stay an AVERAGE rating was because the HOST is a pet-friendly host that allows animals to occupy the property also. That’s NOT a problem with me EXCEPT, the floors were not mopped as an animal (apparently a dog) stayed at the property prior to our stay. As I walk around the property in my stocking feet, my socks collected up all the dog hair that had NOT been mopped off the floor prior to our visit.The cleaning service at this property is apparently not doing an adequate cleaning job of the property between visits.For this reason I have given this visit ( and I have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past) only an AVERAGE rating.
