NEWLY REMODELED! On World Famous Crescent Beach

Condo was fully remodeled in the summer of 2020 complete with beautiful new flooring. Kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and all Stainless Steel appliances.

My Father and I purchased this unit in 1994. We have enjoyed many summer vacations after my kids would finish school and made countless memories as this became our traditional Thanksgiving location!

As my children have grown up this is still our favorite place to spend time with their spouses and grandchildren!

Property was located on world famous Crescent beach. 160 units on 11 acres, you never feel like you are crowded in! Beautiful grounds and layout!
