Right at your retreat, enjoy playful afternoons spent in the sunshine when you dip into the shimmering waters of the shared, saltwater pool. Or simply kick back and relax on the private, furnished patio.

Inside, unwind in the spacious living room where you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the Ozark Mountains and the city. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen is complete with ample meal prep space, and useful kitchen gadgets such as a Keurig with provided K-cups, and a waffle maker.

Remote workers will appreciate the small designated workspace, ideal for last-minute projects and meetings, and everyone will appreciate the condo's four Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.

The bedrooms are sizable and comfortable, featuring soft linens. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, board games, and a private washer/dryer with laundry supplies.

Before bed, gaze out at the twinkling lights from the famous 76 Strip and Branson Ferris Wheel.

This patio-level condo is 15 steps down to the front door.
Parties are not permitted on this property.
The Pool is closed on Labor Day and reopens on Memorial Day.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult while swimming.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
