Escape to this Seacrest Beach West Rental and make a “Family Tradition” of your own! The backyard is the perfect entertaining area with a private heated pool, built in grill, kitchen and TV! Lounge poolside and get a tan or sit under the covered porch and read a book. The first floor is an open concept main living space with a large living room, kitchen and dining spaces. The sliding glass doors through the open living space give a view of the pool and backyard through the property. The kitchen is well equipped and has an over sized island with seating for six and a dining table for ten! You will find three large master suite with king size beds on the first floor each with their own en suite. All three en suites have a soaking tub, shower and dual sinks. 

Once on the second level, you walk into a second floor living space with a sofa and TV. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and mini fridge for convenience. Additionally on this floor you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with a shower and single sink. The next guest bedroom has two queens and private en suite with a shower and dual sinks. The last room is a bunk room complete with two sets of twin over twin bunks and private n suite with a large soaking tub and dual sinks. 

Your family is sure to enjoy this luxury Seacrest Beach rental - make a splash in the large swimming pool or entertain the little ones on the shallow shelf in the pool. Best stay ever!

We have been coming to the panhandle for years. This was the best home we have ever rented. More than fully equipped. Four king size bedrooms plus another bedroom with two queen beds then 4 bunks. Nice swimming pool. One block from beach. Thank you.

Amazing house!

Loved the house and pool! The photos don’t do it justice, this house is huge and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and a 2nd fridge was a nice bonus. The pool was a good size and very much needed after the beach. We will be booking this house again next year. Only downside is there is no ramp to get down to the beach, only steps, but no fault to the property though!

We had 6 grandchildren ages between 6 and 18 along with 6 adults stay in this great vacation home. The home had all the things we wanted from bikes to pools. The location to the beach allowed us easy access to the ocean. We certainly enjoyed all of it! One suggestion-It might be good to figure someway that the 9 am departure time and the front lawn watering are staggered so we can pack our cars without the smelly water all over you. In total, it was a great stay in Family Tradition. We certainly would do it again!

Family vacation

Dining table is beautiful - suggest placemates to protect it. Could use a few more loungechairs given size of house. Consider replacing outdoor wicker furniture as it is wearing out with a few torn seats.Close enough to action yet quiet neighborhood. Beach was an easy walk and not as crowded as other areas. Loved our stay.Sad to see so much construction going on. Will only get more congested along 30A.

The Perfect Destination!

As so many others have said, the beautiful pictures show the property exactly as it is. It was well-maintained and exceptionally clean. Our family of 10 loved EVERYTHING about it and here are our top favorites: The pool was a big hit... especially with the little ones. We had it heated and it was used multiple times a day. The main floor space was perfect for congregating and cooking. We loved the counter space for food prep and appreciated all the cookware that was available for our use as well as the pantry for food storage. With the table for 10, we were able to spend our meals together which we enjoyed as well. The outdoor table, grill, TV, and beverage cooler were big hits and well used! It was heaven with each room having their own bathroom and the kiddos loved the upstairs landing with their own place to watch movies. The location was perfect... close to the beach and so many other things! We appreciated having the bikes and rode to nearby locations for an afternoon beverage on more than one occasion. We utilized the sand buckets and wagon on our trips to the beach. We rented a golf cart and used that daily as well. Lastly, Royal Destinations was spectacular. They were in constant communication with helpful hints and reminders about everything from what the beach flags meant to when to put out our trash. Again, best vacation rental EVER! We hope to stay at 83 Pelican Glide Lane again and that is impressive when you consider all the properties that are available in the area!

Quiet Seacrest location with nice pool

The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The outdoor area is peaceful with a good size pool. We enjoyed the location because it is on a quiet dead end street with an easy bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, but also a golf cart ride to The Hub or Seaside. The beach is beautiful and not too busy at the Seacrest Beach access down the street. The only things I would mention about this rental is that there is no beach equipment and no pool/beach towels. I have never been to a home with a pool that did not provide towels. Also, the outdoor area with fireplace is a fun area to hang out, but the grill could use an update. Overall, this is a very nice home to stay in and we would definitely rent again.

The house was clean and had all the amenities one could need to thoroughly enjoy a relaxing vacation. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! We had the pool heated and enjoyed warming up after a swim on cool nights by the outdoor fireplace. I have already had people ask where we stayed after seeing our beautiful pictures, and I have recommended this place to friends. The customer service with this company was also superb. Any question I had, I received an immediate response. We will definitely rent this house again and choose to stay with Royal Destinations.

Reviewer Comments: Guys, this rental home was spotless.It was well stocked with supplies you needed, there was no need to run out to the store for any besides food. The outside dining was prefect for our family.Great location, connecting road to 30A and 98. Easy access to the beach. The commercial washer and dryer were a plus... there was no need to travel back home with dirty laundry. The second refrigerator was an additional plus for our large family. The WiFi was a little spotty however it was nothing to cry about. We can’t forget about the gorgeous pool. We actually paid to have the pool heated because of the cool morning and nights however upon out arrival the pool was dirty. We were told the pool cleaner would be there a little later however no one showed up, we had to call again to inquire about the pool cleaner arrival. Needless to say the pool was cleaned later in the day our second day there so we lost out on utilizing the pool our full vacation days. Again there is nothing bad I can say about this rental home ...it was home away from home.My family is ready to book for next year or even later this year. Looking forward to another family vacation at this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was beautiful, the kids enjoyed the pool, the house was huge and the weather was wonderful! There seems to be confusion about the beach access but we used the one right across 30A and it was marked for 4 communities including the subdivision this house is in. We loved the uncrowded beach. Rosemary is only 2 miles away, and the places we visited like the Hub, the outlets in Sandestin, and CVS are all very convenient. The house is located close to one of the roads connecting 30A to 98, which saves a lot of time getting in and out of the area. In the time of Covid when we spend more time in than out, we appreciated the house's layout, allowing everyone to have a lot of space and privacy. We mostly ate in and the pantry and second fridge were a big help - we stopped by Costco on the way down and had no trouble fitting everything in, and still had room for a Publix run and everyone's sodas, Gatorades and waters, etc. Another word about Covid and if you plan to work or go to school from the beach, the Wifi did drop a few times, so if you have critical Zoom meetings, please be aware of that. Those of us who needed less bandwidth, it was no problem and we switched to our own mobile hot spots if necessary. No fault to the house, we just have higher demands on connectivity these day. Also I haven't seen other reviews mention this - the door to go out to the pool - you have to push a button or else an alarm rings, and you only get a couple of seconds to push the button. Of course it's a safety feature for the pool but we didn't realize this at first and it freaked out the first group that arrived. Overall it was the best house we've stayed in on 30A. Royal Destinations was easy to work with. During our stay we submitted a few questions through the app that were promptly answered. I called after booking and on check out day - talked to a live person both times. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

Great House, Great Location

This house is just fantastic. Clean, well decorated and a great location. The walk to the beach is a little long if you have small kids but by no means a deal breaker. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are incredible. Highly recommend this house. One tiny little thing I would recommend is to put dimmers and/or lamps in the main room. We ended up bringing lamps from the bed rooms because at night you have to choose between super bright or dark. Very small issue that should not deter any one from renting this home

When we arrived it was clean the place was what we expected but I thought the pool would be a little bigger but it worked out. The open area was great for the whole family it was decorated very nice. Bedrooms were very nice just like the pictures. Tim the manager was excellent to work with . Had a few small issues but was handle expedient. The walk to the beach was short but very beautiful.We had a wonderful time eating there plenty of room for everyone to eat. Overall would recommend it.

The bedrooms were laid out in a way that allowed everyone privacy & a quiet space! We loved that all 4 couples each had a spacious bedroom with king size bed with private bathroom! We also had 10 kids and there was ample space for them upstairs as well, including an additional upstairs bonus room area ! Loved the open floor plan and the kitchen was stocked and open to the dining/living area which was great! Second refrigerator in the laundry room was great to have! We all loved the beautiful pool and the fact that there was a shaded patio area right beside the pool~ The walk to the beach was very short, maybe 2-3 minutes~ we used the walkover that was closest to the house just across 30A! The street was quiet & we felt safe & the location was perfect~ 5 min to Rosemary and 15 to Seaside. Everyone loved our vacation because the house was perfect for us! We hope to stay again! The Royal Destinations staff (especially Jenny) answered so many questions leading up to our trip and helped us so much. Definitely a great experience!

Fantastic Spot

Everything new, beds are comfortable, love the dual fridges, bathroom in each bedroom. Large pool, garage to store beach stuff, plenty of parking. Only gripes are it's a bit of a walk to the beach. Nothing crazy but I clocked a 10 minute walk to the actual beach, not to the stairs...and I'm fit. Not that it was hard, just far if you need to go back and forth. I made sure we used the entrance stated by the property. Just be mindful. Great thing is you can always rent a golf cart. Back patio is amazing but the sun sets on that side so if you're grilling for dinner, it's a scorcher. Mornings are amazing out there! Coffee maker is super slow so might want to bring your own unless they replace it. I waited 20 min for it to brew all 12 cups. The 6 bikes are brand new and excellent! One of the bikes has a seat that tilts and needs to be tightened. Overall, a fantastic experience and we'd certainly come back and stay here! Royal Destinations did a great job getting back to us and handling whatever issues popped up...which were minimal. Seriously, one of the top spots in the area with a relatively secluded beach area that doesn't get too crowded. Loved it.

Great House for large family!

Best Family Vacation Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 83 Pelican Glide was perfect for our family of 15-10 adults & 5 kids.The home was beautiful with a great layout. No adults had to sleep in a bunk/twin.We all had a place to eat at breakfast and dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.We cooked every night except one.The outdoor living space and pool were ideal for our kiddos after the daily beach time.After we returned home, we decided this was the best beach vacation and home we've ever stayed in.We love 83 Pelican Glide!
