This Private Luxury Ski-in/out Residence is located on the 3rd floor of the Award-Winning Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch Hotel on Beaver Creek Mountain. *PET FRIENDLY*

This 2 Bedroom Residence features a Balcony with Beautiful Mountain Views, a full kitchen w/ high end appliances and a full living room.
The space
Located on Beaver Creek Mountain this is a true ski-in, ski-out hotel—Bachelor Gulch Express lift is just outside the hotel’s lobby.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the hotel’s amenities, including the award-winning spa, outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, ski concierge, and much more. Guests can also enjoy roasting s’mores over the outside fire pit or dine at one of the superb on-site restaurants. During the summer months, enjoy hiking, biking, golfing at one of Colorado’s top-rated golf courses-Red Sky Ranch, or enjoy the many other outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

There is no washer and dryer provided with the unit. The hotel offers laundry services. Wash/dry is done in-house. Drying Cleaning is sent off property. There are laundry slips in every guest room closet just like the hotel.
Other things to note
***The hotel front desk will process a $200/night incidental pre-authorization to verify available funds for incidental spending. **
***The hotel recommends not using a debit card for check-in.**

Pets
Dog-friendly. A $30 per night pet fee with a one-time $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be charged upon check-in per stay. While there is no weight limit, no more than two pets may occupy any guest room or suite.
*** All guests must fill out a Pet Agreement Form upon check-in. All Pet Fees are billed directly to the guest by the front desk.***
*** ADA Service Dogs are not charged the pet fee.
*** Emotional Support Animals are charged the pet fee.

Smoking is not permitted, per Eagle County law.

Alcohol
Guests may not bring alcohol onto the property. The resor's liquor license mandates that all alcohol consumed or possessed at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch be purchased by the hotel
through a licensed distributor.

Parking
$60 USD valet parking fee per day, per car

Cleaning
Daily cleaning is not provided. But can be requested at additional cost. Please let us know in advance

Shipping Directions
Guests wishing to ship packages or luggage ahead of their scheduled arrival date may do so using FedEx Air or UPS Ground. Guests should address their packages to attn: name on reservation, and the packages will be placed in the guest’s room upon arrival.
United States Postal Service (USPS) does not deliver to The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch.Therefore, any packages sent via USPS are not guaranteed to arrive before or during a guest’s stay.
