Pet Friendly Cozy Granby Ski Condo - Sleeps 5!!

Beautifully updated and peaceful 1 bed/1ba tucked away in the alpine paradise of Granby, Colorado. Also equipped with a queen size pull out bed, leaving ample space for kids or extra guests. Pet friendly. Come escape to this alpine paradise!
The space

Welcome to our condo! We are located in the Granby, Colorado. Our condo is right between Grand Lake / Winter Park Ski Resort and home to a some of the most beautiful mountain biking trails and family friendly outdoor activities. We love spending time here and we truly hope that you do as well.

Entry
The condo is located on the top level of the building with access to a spacious balcony. Guests will be given a keyless entry code to access the unit

Living Room
The living space contains a large leather couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests or kids.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes with all bakeware and cookware, a dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Additionally, there is a coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker available for guest use. The dining area features a bar with barstools that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom features a full size bed with a detached full bathroom and deep tub.

Outdoor Space
Spacious and private balcony that is just for guest use/access. We have a patio furniture and a grill available - perfect for enjoying a nice meal or relaxing outside.

Pets
We are pet friendly for well behaved pets with a fee of $150 per stay, collected through VRBO or after booking.

Other things to note
Guests will also have access to Granby Ranch resort amenities such as the fitness center, pool, and hot tub located at Ranch Hall.

NOTE - Granby Ranch pool and hot tub are closed for remodeling. The aspen meadows community hot tub is still available. Pricing has been updated to reflect this.

Lovely mountain retreat

Really enjoyed our stay. Hostess was very attentive and helpful. The condo is well stocked and a perfect place to stay when traveling with our pet too. Highly recommend.
