We have a variety restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, clothing stores, health food store and several beaches, within walking distance.
Directly across the road, is Kamaole 3 Beach Park, excellent swimming and a large grassy park, for celebrations. Showers to rinse off beach sand…
What makes this property unique
About this space
One bedroom, two bath, non-smoking condo has a great location in one of Kihei's best condominium complex.
It has a large pool, a child’s pool, two jacuzzis, workout facilities and free WiFi .
The nightly price, includes the Hawaii State Tax Requirement.
The condo is fully furnished with all linens, complete kitchen including all dishes and cookware.
The bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There is also a second bath and queen sofa bed to accommodate up to four guests.
The space
We have a covered BBQ, with 2 large grills along with 2 tables available for daily use. You can reserve the space for a special event by contacting the AOAO office.
There is concierge service for Tours, Sunglasses and General Information
Guest access
The beautiful pool area with free WiFi , hot tubs, gym and room on the grounds to bring a chair to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden and fountains.
Tennis courts are also available.
Other things to note
The Kamaole Sands front desk, sets a check in fee, it constantly changes and now depends on how long you stay, I receive none of that money, it is for the front desk employees, landscaping, security, the pool employees and garbage.
That is on top of the $600. I pay monthly, even when there are no guests.
It can usually run about $80.
PLEASE SHAKE ALL SANDY ITEMS AND WASH YOUR SHOES AND FEET BEFORE ENTERING THE CONDO.. Hawaiian style always take shoes off. Please leave our condo like you found it. Helping with laundry and basic cleaning really helps keep our cleaning fee low.
Also there is a $100 check in fee at front desk. This will get you your parking pass and pool codes.
Please use the air conditioner sparingly, you will be charged extra, if the bill is extremely high. The use of the front and back screen, is usually enough air, especially if you open a bedroom window at night and close it during the day.
