The apartment consist of an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining and living room areas flow into each other. There are three aircondition units, one in each bedroom and the other in the living room.
The kitchen contains modern appliances and utensils to meet all your cooking, dining and food storage needs. The bedrooms are traditionally styled with bedside lamps for adequate vision when reading. There's also sufficient storage for clothes. Both of the bedrooms contain queen sized beds. You can also experience a warm or cold shower in the bathroom.
Additionally, the apartment building is completely fenced with an electronic gate for both pedestrian and vehicular access. There is a designated parking spot for apartment 10C on the ground floor close to the entrance. The apartment is located on the second floor. There are no elevators available.
