Relax at this coastal beach condo in Mexico Beach! Soak up the sun by the pool or hot tub, grill on the balcony overlooking the canal, or take a short (3+/- minute) walk to the beach. This pet-friendly condo has 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sofa in the Living Room! Cable TV is included so you don't miss the big game! Park up to two vehicles under the Condos next to the stairs.

There is a shared pool and hot tub, a balcony out of the living space, and a relaxing area down below the condo with 2 nice chairs and a view of the canal. There is a small electric grill for your convenience on the balcony!
You may access all of the condo except the Owner's Closet in the Master Bathroom. Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.

Inside, this air-conditioned retreat offers a well-appointed and inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Complete with modern appliances, you have everything you need to prepare delicious beach treats and homemade meals. Then, once mealtime is over, gather around the TV for some movie time before heading to the beach or pool for a refreshing splash. The condo also comes equipped with central AC to keep you nice and comfortable as well as an on-site washer/dryer.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
