Deluxe 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with central AC/ Heat, LVT floors, Roku TV, Wifi internet, full kitchen with fridge, stove and dishwasher. Kitchen has all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc but no cooking oil or spices.) Community Laundry Room on site. NO SMOKING. NO VAPING. NO ANIMALS. Parking can be acquired for an additional fee of $250 per month for a single space and $450 per month for a tandem space.
