Welcome to your ideal coastal retreat, located just steps from the beach. This charming beach house offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation, whether you're seeking a family getaway, an adventure with friends, or a romantic retreat.

The Space:

Our spacious and bright house features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, decorated with a coastal style that will make you feel at home from the moment you step in. The living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.

There are 3 Smart TVs in the house that allow you to stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu using the free high-speed wireless internet service.

The fully equipped kitchen invites guests to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the large open kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area features a table for 6 people and a breakfast bar with 4 additional stools. You can also dine on the outdoor patio, where you'll find an outdoor dining set for 6 people and a barbecue perfect for evening cookouts.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed and a work desk.
Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 twin beds and 1 full bed.

Location:

Situated in a prime location, our house is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Enjoy long walks along the coast, water sports, or simply relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.

House Rules:

No parties allowed under any circumstances.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property: If any signs of smoking are detected, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 pm and before 9:00 am according to the city ordinance, enforced by local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

While we ended up not using the reservation due to very cold weather during that trip I do have to commend the host for their hospitality before & day of. They very responsive & accommodating to all our questions. They even understood our concerns about the colder weather prior to the check-in. They were also understanding when we decided collectively as a group not to go on the day of check-in. While I can’t speak on the actual house I can attest to the host & that was positive.

The house was exactly what the pictures made you expect. Beautiful and spacious living area, and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the bells and whistles our family needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The living room fit my family of 6 to watch football games. (The sectional was so comfortable). The dining room area was nice for card games. Loved the open kitchen, dining room and living room concept! The fenced in back yard worked excellent for our fur baby! The gas grill worked great! The 2 full bathrooms were a must for us! The host was readily available for pop up questions! We will definitely seek out this host again!
