Great base for an outdoor weekend

The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space.
