Great views abound from this water front guest house. Close to Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and 50 minutes to Orlando airport and other vacation spots like; Disney, Universal Studios, Historic Cocoa Village, and Kennedy Space Center. Quiet place to relax or visit many of the local attractions.

If you want a beautiful and relaxing place to stay on Florida’s Space Coast, the guesthouse at River Breeze is the ideal location! Great views abound from this water front guest house. Just 55 miles from Orlando and 7 miles from Cocoa Beach. The guest house is a quiet place to relax or visit many of the local attractions.

The guest house has a total of 3 bedrooms. The bedroom on the main level has a comfortable queen size bed, a closet with multiple hanging rails and shelving. There are additional drawers in the 2 nightstands. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms - each with a twin bed! Great for kids! The upstairs rooms have low, angled ceilings in some spots.

On the main level, there’s a well-equipped kitchen and a small, cozy, furnished living/dining area. There is a small expandable table that has 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and ample shelving over the toilet.

The outdoor seating area is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing in a gorgeous back yard, watching the beautiful sunsets or listening to birdsong.

Watch rocket launches from the riverside gazebo or boat dock. Or simply enjoy the beautiful river view. You might see dolphins or even the occasional manatee!

The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Within driving distance are local amenities including a variety of restaurants and a local mall. The guesthouse has parking space for 2 cars.

The guest house is located adjacent to the main house (where Todd and Nancy live!) You will have access to the entire yard and the over-water gazebo and dock! The yard is 2 acres!

Quiet neighborhood!! Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am! Please do not use the firepit without permission.

The guesthouse is fabulous. Everything thing was clean & welcoming. Nancy (host) was great - very friendly. We enjoyed fishing off the pier & enjoyed the over the water gazebo. Check in & out was super easy. Definitely recommend & look forward to coming again next year Lord willing.

I must say and just have to tell everyone out there that the property we stayed at in the guest house was memorable and the spectacular views definitely are well worth it. The owners of the property we're so helpful and accommodating definitely a place that you should visit and we plan on revisiting in the future

Place is as advertised. A little out of the way but your 15 minutes from beach area. Walmart is 7 minutes. View is great right on the water. Upstairs bed space has very low head clearance

Beautiful grounds and views.

We stayed at this property nearly the entire month of February. It is small, but more than adequate for two people. The views are spectacular. We saw several dolphin and many kinds of birds. Nancy is always available to answer questions or take care of any problems you might have. Very nice people to deal with. I am sure we will stay there again.
