Welcome to Southern Charm, brought to you by Music City Magnolia.
There's a reason groups keep coming back to Southern Charm for New Year's, bachelorette weekends, and big Nashville celebrations. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps 12 in the sweet spot between Germantown and Downtown Nashville — close enough to walk to Broadway on a good night, with a beautiful Adirondack porch to come home to when the boots finally come off.
Southern Charm is equally suited for family vacations — the two-queen bedroom sleeps kids comfortably, the full kitchen handles group meals, and the porch keeps little ones entertained. CMA Fest and NFL Titans game travelers are a short rideshare from Nissan Stadium.
The sleeping layout here is thoughtfully built for groups. Two king bedrooms are set up for couples or anyone who needs a real night's sleep after a long day on Broadway. The third bedroom has two queens, perfect for girlfriends or kids sharing a room. And downstairs, two queen sofa beds handle the overflow without sacrificing comfort. There's 2.5 baths to keep twelve people moving in the mornings, and the kitchen is fully equipped for the group breakfasts that turn into the best part of any trip.
Outside, the country-chic Adirondack porch is where Southern Charm earns its name — rocking chairs, front porch energy, the kind of slow-down space Nashville trips don't always make room for. A gas grill in back, parking for 3-4 cars, and a layout that keeps everyone together without stepping on each other.
The neighborhood is legitimately walkable to some of Nashville's best. Geist is 0.4 miles away. Mother's Ruin, Green Hour, and Henrietta Red are all within 0.6-0.7 miles. Kroger and Germantown Market are 0.3 miles for easy group grocery runs. Broadway is 1.4 miles — a rideshare or a committed walk, depending on the hour and footwear. Printers Alley is 1.3 miles.
For New Year's Eve, this location puts you within easy reach of Nashville's celebrations without the chaos of being directly on Broadway — close enough to hear the countdown, far enough to make a graceful exit. For bachelorette parties who want a home base with real group-cooking space and a porch to remember, Southern Charm is a strong choice.

Location was good and not a long or expensive uber ride. Parking was great and easy, right out the back door.Kitchen had everything you needed and more! Beds were comfy and overall house was great.
The house was great exactly what we needed. Location is good and the neighborhood is safe. We walked to Printers alley and we walked to Broadway. Got a little exercise, but it was a safe and interesting walk, good sight seeing. The house is clean with large bedrooms, and the beds are comfortable.
Nice location, clean and well-stocked. Walk over to the Farmers Market to grab coffee and food!

Perfect for our family
The house was in a great location, and very clean. We are sticklers for comfortable beds, and this place had great ones. The kitchen was very wells equipped, and two separate living areas came in handy when the guys wanted to watch football while the girls watched a movie. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located house with good amenities and an up and coming neighborhood
This large house is an excellent choice for a rental should you need to share with 5 or more people. The
owner offers very nice amenities. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood in a great location
near the farmers market, the Nash Trash tour, the beautiful Tennessee State Historical Park and library and
museum, and an area with numerous restaurants called "Germantown."
