Wonderful stay. House was clean, comfortable, and fit a simple trip to explore the arts district perfectly. The driveway was not an issue as I have a truck but definitely appreciated that we were allowed to park inside the back gate. If we come back to Dallas, I'm 100% booking this location again if possible!

The property was very clean, very well kept, and up to date. The bedding was also very comfortable and kept clean. The driveway is no joke and extremely steep. Definitely go slow and use an off-road mode if you have a larger car, I ended up with a punctured tire on my rental since I was in a lower car. The backyard is very spacious and I’d recommend using the space there to park another car if necessary. The host was good at communicating and was very responsive to any things I found while staying there, but sometimes was a just a bit slow at responding. The check in information came only the day prior to my arrival and after I reached out about it.Overall I still really enjoyed my stay, and the proximity to downtown Dallas can’t be beat.

very nice property made available the bare minimum for sure…from a woman point I would have loved a floor mirror in the bedroom and bottle water in fridge the summer months because no grocery store within walking distance. Otherwise i really would recommend this cozy comfortable home

Great space for a family or small group

The property was clean, contained a great kitchen/dining room gathering space, and met our needs. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, and they do bark, sometimes at night, so if you need a very quiet sleeping environment, this might not be the best, but if that is not an issue, it's a great space, and great access to the light rail or the interstate - many areas of interest within a very short drive! Great stay.

Very nice space, the interior was very beautiful and very well equipped. My complaint and reason for the 4 stars would be the rules to strip beds and wash linens and towels after check in after paying 150 for cleaning included in the order.

I appreciate the nice review. No one has ever mentioned the sheet and towel washing rule. It is pretty standard with STR's. It only takes about 5 minutes or less to do. We often have other guests checking in on the same day that other guests check out and so when our cleaning crew comes and the laundry is already washed, all they have to do is put it in the dryer and complete. We still have to do a thorough cleaning of the rest of the property, inside and out, and having this one little requirement from our guests helps insure that our next guests are able to check in on time. I'm really glad you enjoyed your stay. You are more than welcome back anytime!

Perfect location for a young family

My parents, my 2 year old and I stayed in this little gem because it was a great location for many toddler friendly activities. It was 4 min from the zoo, 14 min from the aquarium and near several great parks and restaurants with areas for him for run around. The house felt very secure, cleans and updated! The backyard area was great to hang out and let out little man run around. I would stay here again!

Cozy and convenient

I enjoyed my stay here! Communication was great with the host, trying to get in was a little difficult but the host directed me through. Place was exactly like the pictures and described, didn’t really like the parking it was on the hill and scraped up my car so I had to park on the street. Overall 8/10

The best

It was the best!! Perfect fit for 4 people. They communicated very well and responded fast. The dogs from the neighbors omg was the worse other then that everything was good and smooth!! Would most definitely book again.
