Bright and modern living and dining spaces with comfortable furnishings and three bedrooms provide plenty of room to spread out and relax.

The Main bedroom has a queen-size bed, smart TV, AC, great views, and black-out window shades; a walk-in closet; and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, toilet, bidet, and one washbasin.

Second bedroom with a full-sized bed, AC, smart TV, and stunning views over the city and Condado lagoon.

Third bedroom with a full-sized bed, AC, views over the city, and comfortable workspace with a chair.

This unique home includes all kitchen utilities: pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. In addition, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron (and ironing board), and vacuum cleaner among the electronics.

You will find towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, and shower gel in the bathrooms.

The spacious laundry and all beach essentials are in the hallway closet.

We are located across the street from Condado Lagoon.
